Account Supervisor
The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading the project delivery for client accounts. This includes effectively prioritizing and balancing the workload/flow and expectations of the client stakeholders and the internal team. The Account Supervisor is the day-to-day point of contact for clients and the internal team and where needed, helps with the coordination of projects using internal tools and systems.
Role & Responsibilities
The Account Supervisor will have the following key focus areas of responsibility:
Overall
- Champion the agency and all team members
- Maintain positive and collaborative energy and passion within the team and agency
- Uphold agency values at all times
Client Leadership
- Create project briefs through your intimate knowledge of the client
- Utilize leadership skills to lead vs. react to client demands, requests and questions
- Anticipate client project needs and ensure internal systems and resources are equipped to deliver
- Partner with the VP to craft annual client plan
- Strengthen and expand relationships with all key clients
Team Leadership
- Lead internal briefings to share information to keep teams informed and engaged
- Support the team in delivering the brief by driving the quality and direction of the team on day-to-day basis
- Plan and prioritize work with team to ensure completion according to client requirements and deadlines
- Partner with VP and delivery team to present marketing deliverables
- Evaluate and provide thoughtful, strategic feedback during creative reviews
- Foster trusted working relationships with delivery team colleagues
Execution
- Partner with VP to ensure consistent standard of work and deliverables
- Follow defined agency processes and enforce its usage within agency tools and systems — G-Suite, Slack, Monday.com, etc.

- Partner with the VP and Project Managers (as appropriate) to ensure estimates, timelines and client communications are thoughtful, accurate and efficient
Financials
- Work with Project Managers to reconcile monthly hours estimates and actuals based on team tracked time
- Ensure client timelines and budgeted hours are in line with expectations
- Advise VP to any anticipated budgeted hours overages and timeline delays with solutions to address
KPIs
- Maintain 90% billable rate
- Strong client satisfaction scores tracked through client NPS
- Quarterly budgeted hours projections within 10% (+/-)
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Proven business acumen
- Ability to define, anticipate and operate with excellence
- Experience leading marketing initiatives and programs in a leadership role
- Strong partnering skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks
- Experience working in a project management system, preferably Monday.com
Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home salaried position requiring very infrequent travel to client locations. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Our benefits include:
