The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects. This individual ensures consistent, on-time production of agency work across all delivery departments, support of agency process and additional requirements as assigned by your manager.

Role & Responsibilities

The Project Manager will have the following key focus areas of responsibility:

Overall 

  • Uphold agency values at all times
  • Champion the agency and all team members
  • Drive morale and team unity via can do/get it done attitude

Delivery Management 

  • Coordinate the production of creative work on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible while adhering to agency standards, processes and quality control
  • Partner with your manager to ensure consistent standard of work, deliverables and accurate job forecasting and estimating
  • Develop, implement and manage the Monday.com board for capturing client projects, budgeted hours, timelines, assigned resources, source materials and more
  • Create and manage the client Slack channel for efficient internal communications related to client work
  • Manage the following with an eye for efficiency and quality control:
    • Google folders
    • Monday.com boards
    • Timelines
    • Time-tracking project and task setup
    • Status reports
    • Client communications
    • Allocation planning
  • Enable sharing of assets with internal and client teams
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with delivery team
  • Problem solve as it relates to timing and hours allocations
  • Maintain all updated project files and archives
  • Foster relationship with Monday.com to allow for problem solving and Monday.com optimization
  • Create and manage project budgets including monthly reconciliation
  • Serve as a quality assurance check by proofing deliverables with a laser focus on grammar, typos and consistency

KPIs 

  • Maintain 95% billable rate
  • Strong client satisfaction scores tracked through client NPS

Qualifications 

  • 1-5 years in related field/major (marketing, project management)
  • Proven business acumen
  • Ability to operate with excellence
  • Strong partnering skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks
  • Experience working in a project management system, preferably Monday.com

Salary & Benefits 

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home salaried position requiring very infrequent travel to client locations. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
