Updated brand reflects company vision to transform the business of talent
CHICAGO, Ill., February, 1, 2024 — ClearEdge, formerly ClearEdge Marketing, a company that ignites talent and HR tech brands, today announced a brand refresh that unifies its three offerings: Marketing, Recruiting, and Rising. The updated brand and new company name support and reflect ClearEdge’s goal to transform the talent industry through its marketing expertise, marketing-focused recruitment capabilities, and leadership development services.

The new visual identity reflects the bold and inspiring nature of ClearEdge. “Our new color palette pulls together the most vibrant, warm colors of a sunrise, which is the visual cornerstone of our new look,” said ClearEdge Creative Director Nicole Cavanaugh. “In transforming the brand visually, we centered ourselves on the hope and possibility of each new day, represented in the optimism of a rising sun and the rich colors that radiate from the mix of light, clouds, and sky.”
According to Cavanaugh, the rising sun traveling skyward is also an apt metaphor for ClearEdge’s commitment to transforming itself and reaching higher to meet the changing needs of its clients and the talent industry. “We’ve chosen ‘Reach for Extraordinary’ as our 2024 rally cry and that too is the story of rising and reaching to achieve great things for our clients, for our team, and for the marketers and women of the industries we are committed to elevating.”
