Proudest Achievement:

My ongoing personal growth. I look back at who I was at various stages in my life and can so clearly see growth and I know there’s still a lot more to come! Whether it be in how I believe in myself, how I set boundaries in my relationships, a broadened perspective about a belief that’s different from mine, it all adds up to a bigger picture of learning and growth.

Guilty Pleasure:

I have a wicked sweet tooth- if it’s in front of me, I’ll eat it (or at least taste it).

Life Changing Experience:

At one point in my career, I was a frontline child protection caseworker. By far, some of the hardest experiences in my personal and professional life came out of that work. Through my time having all of those hard conversations, I came to quickly realize the necessity for people to be seen, heard, and understood. It quickly expanded and contextualized my theoretical understanding of human behavior and relationship dynamics.
